Questions
How long does it take?
Your quote includes a timeline. As a rough guide, a Starter website takes two to three weeks once we have your words and photos. Apps take longer and are planned in stages.
How does payment work?
For websites, you pay half to start and half at launch. For apps, you pay a deposit and then at milestones we agree in the quote. Upkeep is paid monthly.
Who owns the site and the code?
You do, once it's paid for. We hand over the files and accounts, and any developer can work on it. The details are in our service terms.
Where is it hosted?
We can host it for you as part of Upkeep, or set it up on an account in your name. Either way, the domain stays yours.
Can I make changes after launch?
Yes. Small edits are covered by Upkeep. Bigger changes get a quote first, so there are no surprises.
What if I'm not happy?
You approve the design before we build and check everything before it goes live. If something doesn't match your quote, we fix it. Your rights, including cancelling, are in our service terms.
