Last updated 19 October 2026
Edvaris Ltd ("we", "us"), trading as Edvaris Studio, takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we use and protect your personal data when you visit edvarisstudio.com or contact us.
Edvaris Ltd is the data controller for your personal data, for both edvarisstudio.com and edvaris.co.uk. We are registered in England and Wales (company number 17260367) and with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration ZC264448). Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.
What is personal data?
Personal data is any information about a person that identifies them.
What personal data we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, business name (if you give it), what you need, whether it is for your business or personal use, and your message. When you email us or buy from us, we also collect:
- Contact information, such as your telephone number, if you give it.
- Payment records, such as the amount, date and what it was for. Payments are handled by Revolut.
- Anything else you choose to include in your messages.
When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type so that the site can be delivered to you securely.
The example booking app on this site stores what you type only in your own browser. We never receive it.
We do not ask for sensitive data and the website is not aimed at children.
How we use your personal data
We can only use your personal data if we have a legal basis for doing so. We use it:
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote. Our legal basis is our legitimate interests, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you.
- To provide services you have agreed to buy from us, and to take and record your payments. Our legal basis is the performance of our contract with you and our legal obligations, such as keeping tax records.
- To keep the website secure and working properly. Our legal basis is our legitimate interests.
Marketing
We don't send marketing emails to people who contact us through this website. If that changes, we will update this policy first, give you a simple way to say no when you contact us, and include an unsubscribe link in every email.
Who we share personal data with
We only share personal data with service providers where necessary to run our business, and only where we are satisfied they will protect it and act on our instructions. They are:
- Cloudflare, which hosts and secures this website.
- Web3Forms (Web3Creative), which passes messages sent through our contact form to our email inbox.
- IONOS, which provides our business email, including admin@edvaris.co.uk.
- Revolut, which processes payments when you pay us. Revolut is a regulated payment provider and also uses your payment details under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card details.
We may also share personal data with legal and regulatory bodies where the law requires it. We will never sell your data, and we will ask for your consent before sharing it with anyone for their own marketing.
International transfers
Web3Forms (Web3Creative) passes contact form messages to our inbox. It operates from India, so your message may be processed there. This transfer is protected by the Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum, which are built into Web3Forms' data processing agreement. Some of our other service providers may also process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we make sure the transfer is covered by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as an adequacy decision or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
Links to other websites
Our website links to other websites, including sites we have built for our clients. We have no control over them, so please read the privacy policy of any site you visit.
Keeping your data secure
We have put appropriate measures in place to protect your personal data, and only people who need it for business purposes can access it. They are bound by confidentiality.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiries for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with them and any follow-up, and no longer than two years after our last contact unless you become a customer. If you become a customer, we keep records of orders and payments for six years after our relationship ends, as required for tax and accounting.
